This page is all about Jake Kambo!
Jake Kambo performs Solo and has his own band.
Jake Kambo has a 11 piece orchestra to back him if you choose to book that.
Imagine booking Michael Bublé for your cocktail, hour alone with background tracks, and then him and his entire orchestra for your reception.
As you can imagine, the entire orchestra is so much better than background tracks!
Every event is priced individually so please provide as many details as possible in your enquiry. Prices can vary depending on the event location and the exact service required, times required and the audience numbers. For larger events we source a larger sound system that ensures the highest quality of sound. This is an area that is often overlooked by some bands that opt to bring smaller budget systems.
Jake Kambo's band will need 1 hour from entering a room for set up to being ready to perform. Please allow time for this in your plans. At a push we can probably cut this down a little but please bear in mind that if your event runs behind this time cannot be made up in our set up time.
Jake Kambo Solo needs about 30mins to set up.
Yes please. We do put this in our contracts. Jake Kambo's Band often travels for many hours to reach a venue, and once at the venue (often isolated) we are often all go setting up and getting ready to play. We provide further details on this when booking but it will mainly consist of a hot meal for all band members access to water, tea during the event.
Typically...
Jake Kambo's Band usually play's three 50min long sets, however we are happy to split this time over 4 sets or even do 1 longer set if required. We can also play background music through our professional sound system before, in-between and after our sets.
Jake Kambo plays for 3 sets for 50min long sets. However everything is flexible.
We also know the best Djs around to accompany your event with us.
Yes choose anything you want from any artist! We cater specifically to your needs, however, the Setlist will be built by us.

We’ll get in touch 2 weeks before your event to finalize the details. This gives you plenty of time to decide on your special dances and work out your event timeline. If you contact us before that and we don’t immediately get back to you, we’re likely handling details for a wedding that weekend. Don’t worry! We’ll give you the same dedicated attention when it comes to two weeks before your event.
Yes, but we require cover and a flat, hard, dry surface to play on. Instruments don’t sound as nice when wet (trust us!) and electrical cords mixed with water can be a fire hazard. Also, heat can damage instruments, so please keep this in mind when placing your band and have a backup plan just in case!
