Ceremony
More and more couples are holding their ceremony at the same venue as the reception — and we've got you covered. We provide a separate wireless speaker and microphone setup for vows, readings, and processional music, plus help cue every moment so the ceremony flows exactly the way you envisioned. You'll never hear "is this thing on?" during the biggest 20 minutes of your life.
Cocktail Hour
Cocktail hour in a different room than the reception? No problem. We add a second speaker in your cocktail space so the music and mic work follow your guests seamlessly from welcome drink to "please take your seats" — one unbroken audio experience across the whole venue.
Reception
Your reception is the night your guests will remember. We run it end-to-end — custom setlists, grand entrance, toasts, dances, real-time dance-floor reading, MC work, and every transition in between. Whether you want Sinatra at 8pm and Top 40 at midnight or the reverse, we build the arc and deliver the room.
Uplighting
White walls are forgettable. Uplighting is the single easiest way to transform a room from "hotel ballroom" into your wedding. We program our wireless LED uplighting to match your colors — soft amber for dinner, rich tones for dancing, slow color fades when it's time to lift the energy. Your photographer will thank you.
Dance Lighting
Dance lighting is what separates "dinner music that's still playing" from "everyone on the floor." Our sleek fixtures kick on the moment the first dance ends and don't quit until last call. Synced to the music, tuned to the room, and just aggressive enough to make your guests forget they wore heels.
Digital Monogram
Project your names, your initials, your date, a custom logo, or a full moving image onto any wall or dance floor. Static or animated. Subtle or larger-than-life. If you can imagine it, we can light it.
